Sometimes breaking a bad habit requires adhering to a structured system. However, what about those instances when you yearn to indulge socially in drinking or smoking, or when the urge for one more arises after recently quitting?

This application allows you to accumulate Health Points for each passing hour and day that you abstain from your addiction, enabling you to redeem these Health Points when faced with temptation.

<ul>
<li>For every hour free from your addiction, you earn 1 Health Point (equating to 24 Health Points per day).</li>
<li>On the initial day of utilizing your addiction, you will forfeit 48 Health Points. Subsequently, the tally of Health Points required for the next indulgence will double each time. For instance, the second day of indulgence demands 96 Health Points, the third day necessitates 192 Health Points, and the pattern continues with escalating expenditure (e.g., 384 Health Points for the fourth indulgence).</li>
<li>Attaining badges enables you to acquire supplementary Health Points.</li>
</ul>

However, exercise discretion! Logically speaking, you are limited to approximately 8 indulgence days per year. Strategically plan these occasions meticulously as the availability of indulgence days diminishes swiftly. Opt to reserve them for significant events and holidays or consider abstaining altogether to fortify your resolve with social support.

Establish a targeted timeline and monitor your advancement via the main interface. Access insightful motivational content advocating the cessation of smoking or drinking within the app.

The application will meticulously monitor your earned Health Points tally alongside the remaining allotment at your disposal. It is essential to note that if any indulgence days remain unused, they must be utilized before midnight of the designated day. Otherwise, separate logs are required—one pre-midnight and one post-midnight.
